The most useful message you can send is a page URL and a figure that does not match what the manufacturer publishes.

info@blockandbeaker.com reaches us directly. There is no phone line — Block & Beaker is a small publisher rather than a shop, and a number nobody answers would be worse than no number.
What we are most useful for
- Corrections. If a specification on this site does not match what the manufacturer publishes, tell us. Send the page URL and the figure you expected. We check it against the source and correct within 48 hours of confirming, with the change reflected in the page’s visible last-updated date.
- Products we should cover. Particularly where a product line has several confusingly similar rungs, or where a subscription makes its real annual cost hard to work out. Those are the pages that do the most good.
- Questions about a recommendation. If a page has not answered the question you arrived with, that is a fault in the page and worth telling us about.
What we cannot help with
- Orders and returns. We sell nothing. Every buy link goes to a retailer, and anything to do with an order is between you and them.
- Product support. We do not own these products, so we cannot help with a missing part or a set that will not work. The manufacturer’s own support is linked from every specification table on the site.
- Requests for coverage in exchange for anything. We accept no payment for placement and no free products, which is set out on the editorial policy page.
